Return Policy


  • According to the Consumer Protection Act, after the delivery of the goods, you will have a seven-day appreciation period (including holidays), with the ‘days’ counted based on the convenience store pickup or home delivery receipt. If you need to return or exchange the product, please send an email to within seven days of receiving the goods, including your ‘name’, ‘order number’, ‘contact phone number’, ‘name of the product you wish to return’, and ‘the reason for return and relevant photos’. After we receive your request, we will assist with the return or exchange process. Please note that requests submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.The appreciation period is not a trial period. Please keep the product in a brand new and unopened condition with complete packaging. If the product has been opened, or there is any human damage, stains, tags cut, or incomplete packaging, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • When returning or exchanging items, please use the original packaging box to properly package the product you wish to return.

Non-Defect Definition

  • Due to variations in display colors on different computers and mobile phones, slight color differences may occur.
  • The minor textures and not perfectly flat surfaces are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
  • Beauty, skincare, and personal care products are considered private consumables. For hygiene reasons, if opened, they are considered purchased and cannot be returned, except in cases of external leakage, damage, or other defects.


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • The refund process will be completed within 7 days, with the specific timing depending on the policies of your card issuing institution.

Shipping Returns:

  • If the return or exchange is not due to a defect in the product itself, you will need to be paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the item
  • We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrectly sent items.
